Meet The Gang
Here we give you some basic facts about the Gang. For each of our current members you'll find
a brief bio plus a listing of his area(s) of specialization. Nope, no sexual position preferences
or stuff like that -- just what's his strength in the Gay Porn world.
Jim 'ol' man' Dellinger
Our father figure. Jim's retired . . . but not retiring. He's the one that, over a two year
span, rounded up the initial five and drove us to found J and R. When things get dull, Jim's
the one that plans a party or gets us to take off camping in the Ozarks. As far as our Porn
projects, he's a jack-off of all trades (always sticking in his -- two cents).
Jeff 'Tuffy Bear' Jamison
Not much to tell about Jeff that you can't assume from his nick. He's our "Bear" expert;
based on his own interests and experiences. He's our newest member, originally from the Canadian
Rockies. He relocated first in the steamy deep south Rio Grande valley. The job was great, the
weather too much! Jeff's now a prairie bear, active with two area Bear clubs and learning daily
about the Gay porn business.
Mark D. McClure
(aka 'Marky Mark' and 'California')
'California' has never even seen the Pacific. It's his blond good looks that got him his handles. It's his brains, html and other coding skills that make him an important part of J and R. Every one else has learned from him. He's also a chat room/net personals freak under zillions of names and our local 'activist'. Mark edits the surfer oriented Where's What's Gay resources, chat and personals sections.
Ricky Earl Rector
Another new member to the group is Dick/Dicky/Richard/Ricky -- it all depends on the situation. He's a semi-professional photographer who's as good at chatting up prospects as he is
at capturing them on film (loves bars and parties). His real job has him on the road from Denver to KC, Omaha to Tulsa. It's a big territory -- packed with husky farm boys, studly cowboys,
collegiate jocks and white collar meat.
Joe "Joe Joe / Dog Boy" Smyth
Joe use to spend all his spare time and money surfing, checking Gay porn, joining AVS's, taking every free/low cost trial offer. He still does, but now he keeps records on what he finds and uses them to maintain the Where's What's Gay (surfer) Pay Site Reviews data, the Sufer's AVS/AEN Directory and the related Gay Webmaster AVS/AVN Information. He's got a few buddies that help him out off and on.
Robert Trasker
Bob's the fiscal fella in J and R. A full time accountant and a part time pornographer, he's
always looking at the bottom line (when he's not eyeing the bottoms). Bob enjoys putting together a tempting display of rear ends but his eyes glaze when he starts discussing affiliate programs, traffic pumps and click ratios. He's the editor of our Gay Empire (Webmaster) Income pages.
Delano Albertino Walsh
Del specializes in searching out real amateur content -- from providers big and small, and
from the individual 'exhibitionist' surfers that just love showing off on the net. He
builds sites to please himself and they have that 'homemade' appeal. He's currently busy scrambling to rebuild an 'amateur' site (or two, three . . .) that display tempting teases. Umm, that means real amateur pics that aren't within the 2257 relm: no sex, no hands on dicks (stroking or otherwise), no lascivious display of cock or ass. It's a challenge. It can be done!
Jon Jay Williams
Jon's been involved in various aspects of the porn industry since the early '50s when he
earned a living as a call boy. Now he spend most of his time consulting businesses from Wichita to Kansas City on workflow and production efficiency practices and procedures. He does a lot of
the administrative work for us. If you spot a steamy story or a heart tugging poem it usually comes from Jon. There are a few story sites in the J and R stable. He's also the ringmaster for the Gay Pen Web Ring,
and, thus, our Surfer Library editor.
